This community journey is designed to guide you through winter with presence, softness, and deeper inner connection.

These sessions will be co-facilitated by Sharon Schweizer and Sarah Handy, weaving their experience to create a warm, grounded container for renewal.

Each gathering blends somatic movement, yoga, and sound reflections — three modalities that beautifully complement one another.

Spring Equinox: Shift Into Balance

The Spring Equinox marks a natural turning point: equal light and dark, balance.

This somatic movement experience is designed to help you:

Nervous System Regulation: A One-Day IMMERSION Retreat

This intimate, all-day immersion is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body's innate capacity for balance.

Seasonal transitions can be activating for the nervous system. This luxury retreat at Fall Equinox offers a steady encounter point. You'll experience gentle accessible practices that support regulation reduce stress and help your body find balance again. Everything is designed to be paced, optional, and responsive--so you're nervous system can soften rather than brace.

This is a day to pause, reorient, and move forward with more ease.

The pace of the day will be unhurried and welcoming, with plenty of space for rest, nourishment, and integration. As our guest, you'll move through immersive offerings--allowing you to discover a variety of gentle, nervous-system-supportive approaches.
